In the practical application of engineering technology,data such as temperature and pressure are the most important parameters to carry out related projects.Especially in the well operation of oil well,the change of temperature and pressure in real time reflects the working condition of the oil well,and is undoubtedly the most core and basic engineering parameter in the oil and gas resources development industry.The measurement of temperature and pressure in the well has become the most basic task of logging.The high precision measurement of temperature and pressure is of great significance for determining the position and thickness of the oil layer,the depth of the aquifer and the depth of the water injection layer.In this paper,an intelligent system for measuring the temperature and pressure of oil well and its data collection and recovery by optical fiber sensor is studied.The working principle of the system and the implementation plan of hardware and software are discussed in detail.The aim of this paper is to design a temperature and pressure measurement and data recovery system suitable for underground environment.The difficult point is that the well well environment is usually worse in high temperature and high pressure.The measuring instruments,such as infrared thermal imager or infrared thermometer,can not be applied to the high temperature and high pressure environment.The distributed optical fiber temperature sensor and fiber grating pressure sensor are used to measure the downhole temperature and pressure respectively.The selected sensors have the advantages of strong anti-interference ability,high sensitivity,simple structure and so on.It can be applied to the underground environment of high temperature and high pressure.The data recovery system selects single chip computer with MSP430F149 as the core.The measured signals are amplified by magnifying circuit,digital analog circuit,A/D conversion and so on.The data are printed out by the printer of the system peripherals.
