| With the rapid development of domestic economy,water consumption has increased greatly,tight water resources and water pollution have become increasingly prominent.Lankao county is located in the northeast of Henan province,In the development and construction of its industrial agglomeration area,a large number of untreated wastewater into Du Zhuang river,cause water of N,P,CODcrr content exceeds bid badly,which not only threaten the local ecological balance and harm to residents’health,but also injury impact on investment attraction in industrial clusters.Therefore,to strengthen the treatment of industrial wastewater and control the entry of nutrients such as N and P into water bodies is an important way to realize the sustainable development of society and protect the ecological environment.Many wastewater treatment plants are faced with the severe challenge of reducing nitrogen and phosphorus to reduce the carbon emission due to the country’s continuous improvement of wastewater discharge standards.The selection of reasonable operation process is the foundation to ensure the discharge of effluent water quality,to accumulate an economical and effective operation management experience is the key to ensure the long-term stable operation of wastewater treatment plants.This study takes Lankao County Industrial Agglomeration Wastewater Treatment Plant as an example,and conducts a case study of the operation and management of centralized treatment facilities for industrial wastewater.This paper introduces the general situation of wastewater treatment plant and summarizes the enterprises that accept wastewater discharge.Based on this,the wastewater treatment plant engineering treatment scale and the designed inlet water quality range were determined.Lankao County Industrial Agglomeration Wastewater Treatment Plant uses hydrolysis acidification+inverted A2/O process+advanced treatment as main process,through to the main building unit and equipment parameters of the basic introduction,The difference between actual influent water quality and design value during the study period was compared and analyzed.The water quantity during the operation period was basically stable,except for July being higher than the design value,the other months were all lower than the design value.In addition to the weak acidity of the pH value during the operation period,other indicators of water quality change greatly and there is no obvious regularity.(1)Influent CODcrr concentration fluctuates from 119 to 1884 mg/L,with a monthly average of 439 mg/L,of which the overall influent CODcr concentration and concentration is the highest in August,and the influent CODcrr concentration is higher than the average in 73%in December.Compared with other months,the overall influent CODcr concentration was low.(2)The influent ammonia nitrogen concentration fluctuates between6 and 85 mg/L,and the monthly average influent ammonia nitrogen concentration in May and June is higher and more dispersed than other months.(3)The influent total phosphorus concentration fluctuates between 0.6 and 23.5 mg/L,and the number within the design range(≤5 mg/L)accounts for 86%of the total.Since several high points appear every month,the degree of overall concentration is affected.(4)Influent suspended solids concentration varies from 100 to 340 mg/L with less fluctuations.By analyzing the factors affecting the operation of wastewater treatment,combined with the characteristics of hydrolysis acidification+inverted A2/O process,run form the following measures:in the daily operation management,in order to ensure the water quality standard,satisfies carbon source priority biological denitrification,and auxiliary chemical phosphorus removal;In the middle and high temperature season,the concentration of the sludge in anoxic pool was controlled at 2700 mg/L,and the concentration of aerobic pond sludge was around 3200 mg/L,and the oxygen pool dissolved oxygen was controlled between 2 and 3 mg/L.In the low temperature season,the concentration of anoxic pond sludge was regulated to about 3000 mg/L,the concentration of aerobic pond sludge was 3500 mg/L,and the aerobic pool dissolved oxygen was controlled between 2.5 and 3.5 mg/L.The excessive sludge load will increase the load of the mud scraper,and the measures such as strengthening inspection and adjusting the walking speed of the mud scraper will be taken to keep the equipment running normally.For sudden abnormalities,analyze the reasons first and then do specific measures.For the problem of excessive influent water quality,generally reduce the influent or dilute the influent.The treatment effect was analyzed:the effluent CODcrr concentration ranged from 3043 mg/L,and the removal rate was 89%93%.The effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration ranged from 0.52.3 mg/L and the removal rate was 78%98%.The effluent total phosphorus concentration ranged from 0.30.4 mg/L,and the removal rate ranged from 84%93%,the biochemical phosphorus removal efficiency ranged from 26%88%,of which the biological phosphorus removal efficiency was lowest in June,mainly due to the high average ammonia nitrogen concentration in the inflow in June,biological nitrogen removal is preferred,resulting in poor biological phosphorus removal.Suspension concentration of effluent is about 5 mg/L,and the removal rate is 95%99%.The overall removal effect is good,and the effluent water quality can meet the level A standard of pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant(GB18918-2002).Lankao County Industrial Agglomeration Wastewater Treatment Plant will also be accompanied by other pollutants during its actual operation.To prevent secondary pollution,relevant energy conservation and environmental protection measures have been formulated to ensure the economical and stable operation of the wastewater treatment plant,and similar use is also made.Process technology provides technical reference and management experience. |
