| Desertification is one of the main environmental problems facing the world.It has seriously threatened human’s survival and development,and has brought huge losses to China’s social and economic benefits.Therefore the study of sand prevention and control technology has important theoretical and practical significance.At present,the research of new technology and new materials for sand fixing is mainly focused on the traditional sand-fixation material,such as chemical and physical sand-fixation materials,but the effect is not ideal.The new efficiently sand-fixation material and environmentally friendly sand-fixation material is the hotspot in environmental engineering field.Therefore,the paper applied in thermal modified Attapulgite,acrylamide,and moss as materials,the optimization method of preparation of biological and sand-fixation polymer material based on attapulgite was used,a series of autotrophic sand-fixation material was prepared,which had important application prospect,the sand-fixation material performance and sand-fixation effect were determined,it was further strengthen to research natural mineral material and the development of biological resources materials,so it could offer practical application value for prevention and control of desertification and drought environment improvement.Through analysis the effect of the artificial propagation substrate of desert moss crust,the effect of additional carbon sources,plant growth regulatorson physiological characteristics of moss crusts,characterization and performance of attapulgite based polymer fixing materials,biological activity of moss type attapulgite based polymer fixing materials,simulation of the effects of precipitation on the moss type Attapulgite base the fixing effect of polymer fixing materials,drawed the following conclusion:In different artificial propagation substrates(Beneck,Part,BG11,Hogland),under the condition that light incubator in a temperature of 30 ℃ and 120 μE.m-2.s-1 light intensity cultivated the moss,through analysis the changes of chlorophyll a,malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble protein and content of soluble sugar,Hogland is the best culture medium.Moss was intimidated by the external carbon source(sucrose,glucose,concentration gradient was 10,20,40 g/L),according to cell death,damage,pollution quantity and extent of pollution,and analysis of changes of chlorophyll a,MDA,soluble protein and soluble sugar content,showed sucrose tolerance of desert moss highest degree is 40 mg/L;the highest glucose tolerance is 20 mg/L.Cultivated moss under different plant growth regulators(2,4-D,6-B-A,concentration gradient 0.5,1,2 mg/L),according to changes in chlorophyll a,MDA,soluble protein and soluble sugar content showed the addition of low concentration plant growth regulators can promote the growth and reproduction of desert moss,while high concentration has a certain inhibitory effect.Adding 0.5 mg/L of 2,4-D has the best effect.The water absorption capability(Hogland medium,p H value of 5-10,0.9% Na Cl,solution)and water retention capacity of attapulgite-based macromolecule sand-fixation materials prepared by adding different mass ratio(0,3,5,8,10,15%)heat-modified attapulgite were studied.The results showed that the water absorption of attapulgite macromolecule sand-fixation material is greatly influenced by the change of p H value.The attapulgite polymer sand-fixation with the mass ratio of 10% has the best water absorption and water retention;Attapulgite-based macromolecule sand-fixation materials prepared under 200 W ultrasonic interference has better effect.The moss and attapulgite macromolecule sand-fixation materials were compounded with 3: 1,2: 1,1: 1,1: 0,1: 2 and 1: 3.At the complex ratio of 1: 1,the moss crust cultivated by artificial culture showed a strong photosynthetic physiological activity,drought resistance and attapulgite polymer sand-fixation material has minimal disturbance to moss crust.Cultivated moss crust in sand-fixation material polymer material based on attapulgite at Moderate wet treatment(water for 3d)and wet(add water every day)and drought treatment(water for 6d)condition,the chlorophyll a content is significantly higher(p<0.05),wet moss plant shows strong photosynthetic activity,more suitable for the growth of moss plant.The nutrient solution with low concentration(50% of the original nutrient solution)can effectively inhibit bacterial contamination of moss crust and provide certain nutrients at the same time,and the original concentration of nutrient solution inhibits the growth of bryophyte crust. |
