Geopolymer is a new environmental protection material, because of its high strength, low carbon emission, environmental friendly and other advantages,is widely used in the field of construction engineering and environmental engineering field, geopolymer has become a research hotspot in recent years.Permeability of chloride ion is one of the important durability of civil engineering materials, for the actual application of geopolymer in civil engineering, materials must have good resistance to penetration of chloride ions, but there are still controversy in this part. This paper is based on the study of metakaolin based geopolymer, the reaction mechanism is revealed,by changing the content of slag, the polymerization products on the resistance to chloride ion permeability;and the solid-liquid ratio, activator concentration, activator and curing temperature on the modulus, the effect of chloride ion of the four factors to partial kaolinite based geopolymer permeability.By microcalorimetry,SEM testing technology analyzes the mechanism of effect of slag slag and metakaolin based geopolymer performance;through flux test and natural penetration test of metakaolin based geopolymer resistance to chloride ion permeability, and analyzes the two kinds of test methods for evaluation of suitability of alkali activated metakaolin hardened paste chlorine ion permeability;and through the MIP test analysis of slag and metakaolin based geological polymer Porosity and pore size distribution.
