Coking sludge is a large number of solid waste in coking process.And Coking sewage sludge is divided into two categories:excess sludge and flocculation sludge.At present,the coking sludge processing way of most of the coking plant put coking sludge sent to lean coal heap in open coal yard,and the simple mixing and grasp well of sludge and coal material were carried out,then through blending coal and grinding coal process etc to the disposal of coke oven.Due to the content of water,ash and sulfur in the sludge are high,the simple mixing and grasp well of sludge and coal material is difficult to guarantee the requirements of moisture,ash content and sulfur content in furnace coal material,and the quality index of obtained cokes decreased significantly.Therefore,the powder coking additives were prepared by using of coking sewage sludge and coal(or blended coal)according to the suitable proportion,and the coking of this kind of powder additives and blended coal according to certain proportion was carried out in order to the purposes of ensuring coke quality and treating coking sludge.GCMS analysis results of two kinds of sludge show that,polycyclic aromatic compounds,and heterocyclic compounds as high as more than 60 present in two kinds of sludge,acenaphthene(C12H10),fluorene(C13H10),anthracene(C14H10),pyrene(C16H10),benzo[a]anthracene(C18H12)and benzo[b]fluoranthene(C20H12)among them all belong to the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)of carcinogenic activity and biological toxicity,and the content of these PAHs in two kinds of sludge are higher.And two kinds of sludge are the"T"hazardous waste as prescribed by the state,and the innocent treatment of coking sludge must carry out.The preparation of coking additive was carried out by the weight ratio of fat coal of 4.85%water and flocculation sludge of 49.68%water,and the water content of 2mm or less powder coking additive obtained 8.93%.And the coking test results of furnace coal material consisting of ≤10% fat coal-flocculation sludge additive and ≥90%blended coal of A factory show that,as the ratio of fat coal-flocculation sludge additive increases,SI440 of the crucible coke increases,T10 changes little,PRI reduces little,PSR increases,MSI reduces little,and SSI subsequently heighten.Therefore,the coking of furnace coal material consisting of≤10%fat coal-flocculation additive and≥90%blended coal of A factory can achieve to the purposes of ensuring coke quality and treating coking sludge.The coking test results of furnace coal material consisting of≤10%B blended coal-excess sludge additive and≥90%blended coal of B factory show that,compared with the crucible coke of benchmark formula,the quality index of four groups of crucible coke with B blended coal-excess sludge additive such as SI440 increase,T10change smaller,PRI increase little,PSR reduces little,and MSI and SSI change little.Therefore,the coking of furnace coal material consisting of ≤10% B blended coal-excess sludge additive and ≥90% blended coal of B factory can achieve to the purposes of ensuring coke quality and treating coking sludge.The research results for this topic show that,this technology consisting of preparation of coking sewage sludge coking additive and its blending coking process is feasible,and is also a clean production technology for processing coking sludge.
