China is vast in territory and rich in mineral resources.As the economy of our country developing rapidly,producing of mineral resources has not adequately met the growing material needs.The prominent environmental problems and geological disasters of mineral exploration have become an obstacle to the sustainable development of mineral resources.For how to efficiently and comprehensively proceed area resources information management and disaster prevention in Pingdingshan mine area,this paper has an exploratory and tentative study.In the context of mineral resource management and the handling and control of disaster,this article first expounds the current research status at homeland and abroad in the field.In the following passages,it focuses on the related technology of ArcGIS,Silverlight,WCF and the mining influence analysis involved with algorithm and model,that will laid the theoretical and technical foundations for the development of this system.The reasonable design proposed based on the PingMei ShenMa group requirements,this paper has achieved an integrated system in PingDingShan mining area using ArcEngine which contains the mining influence analysis system for the mining area general managers to use and mine area information system website for leadership services based on C/S and B/S mixed mode.The system can complete mining area resources spatial data efficient management,and through drawing the mining influence line,contour and profile to expecte mining subsidence.On that basis,it uses of various models to evaluate the damage of constructions.At last,the system publishes information to provide browse,query and management in the browser-side.The completion of this system is covered with the whole PingDingShan mining area.The advanced GIS technology to manage spatial data mining area instead of the traditional MIS greatly improves work efficiency.The system analyses mining influence caused by mining using advanced mathematical model for mining subsidence and buildings damaged expected.It is great significant to control the geological environment in mine areas,protect the people’s life and the property security,promote rational development and utilization of mineral resources.
