The rock burst is a rapid destruction of coal and rock and the sudden release of the elastic performance of a dynamic phenomenon.Nowadays,the rigid support is the main support model of coal support,but the poor anti-impact property and failure of the support equipments in roadway under rock burst.The rock burst can easily lead to sudden deformation damage of the support,pillar bending,burst cylinder,so that the support loses support capacity.It is necessary to study the impact of energy absorption,so that this paper proposes the energy-absorbing and anti-impact component of the tube with stiffening plate for anti-impact hydraulic support.This paper used the ABAQUS software simulation and impact test stand test method to analyze the energy-absorbing and anti-impact property of the tube with stiffening plate components with different thickness and layout form of stiffening plate and the tube component.Consequently,the ring mode deformation and euler buckling of the tube component are inhibited by stiffening plate,and the deformation become stable.With the increase of stiffening plate thickness for three series of energy absorbing components,its deformation mode from the ring mode deformation gradually transforms into diamond deformation,deformation starting threshold,energy absorption,mean reaction of the component increase,but the fluctuation of reaction increase and the available distance of deformation abdication decreases.The deformation of the linear shaped energy-absorbing components not standardized.The cross shaped energy-absorbing components appear cracking and skew deformation phenomenon.The deformation of the Y-shaped energy-absorbing components with smaller thickness stiffening plate is generally more standardized.From the linear shaped and the Y-shaped to the cross shaped for stiffening plate layout form successively,the deformation starting threshold,energy absorption and mean reaction of the component increase generally,the available distance of deformation abdication decreases.According to the comprehensive assessment of the results of simulation and impact test,the energy absorption characteristics of Y-shaped energy-absorbing components with a 8mm thickness stiffening plate is better.It is more suitable for using in ZHD6000 type energy absorption anti-hydraulic support.
