Ordinary single-pane glass in the building has played a role in lighting,ventilating and to expanding the field of vision,but the insulation performance is poor,the emergence of double-glazing effectively solve the problem of insulation properties,especially airgel composite lighting glass which has good heat preservation and insulation performance,small heat transfer coefficient as well as comparatively good sound insulation,not only make up the shortcomings of poor single-pane insulation and heat preservation,but also double the advantages of glass thermal insulation,with good Thermal insulation and anti-condensation performance.However,airgel composite lighting glass in the event of a fire rupture,the danger of shedding,will accelerate the spread of fire and threaten the escape of person.Therefore,the airgel composite lighting glass in the fire environment rupture,shedding behavior,its fire resistance and stress distribution research is one of the most important issues of designing fire safety.This article is mainly from the comparative analysis of the thermal performance of glass began,and then preclude the use of three methods from the installation of air-glass composite lighting glass thermal response and four different air sandwich thickness under the airgel composite glass heat In response to these two aspects,we focus on the rupture behavior of airgel composite daylight glass.Finally,we use ABAQUS numerical simulation to do the following work:(1)First,the form of the heat transfer of airgel is analyzed,and then thermal performance of airgel composite glass and insulating glass is compared and analyzed.(2)Three kinds of masking,left and right masking and up and down masking four different conditions testing their working conditions of four-side covering,left and right covering as well as up and down covering.Doing burst test in terms of 8A,12A,16A,20A four kinds of different airgel thickness of the glass,then we can get the results of glass surface temperature changes and first Burst time,burst temperature,crack location and shedding.(3)According to the relevant data analysis we can know that the same airgel in the case of the middle of the thickness,the four sides of the masking condition of the airgel composite glass is the fastest to burst,followed by the left and right shading conditions,although the four sides of the shelter is most likely to crack,it’s shelter Condition falls less than the other two installation methods,can reduce the spread of fire,so the specific installation should be based on the specific circumstances to make the best choice.In 8A,12A,16A,20A four different thickness of the glass test case,the thicker the glass,the more difficult the back side of the glass crack,as well as the less falling area.(4)ABAQUS finite element simulation software was used to simulate the two kinds of constraints and the thickness of two different middle layers to prove that different covering conditions and thickness have different destory effects on the glass.
