Open pit mining is an efficient mining method,which is widely applied in mining field and plays an important role.The final boundary design of open pit is the key link of open pit mining,which directly affects the scale of production and efficiency of mine.It is an inevitable condition for the development of digital mines to carry out boundary optimization in 3D visualization environment.The foundation of the optimization of open pit boundary under three-dimensional visualization is the construction of block model and the calculation of the value model,while the efficiency is low when the number of blocks is too large.The traditional optimization algorithm has many disadvantages,such as long operation time,high complexity of algorithm,and less consideration of the factors of benefit and safety.The problem of sustainable development of mine.Based on this,this paper,based on the improved maximum flow minimum cut algorithm,aims at improving the efficiency and accuracy of the optimization of the boundary,considering the economic,social and environmentalo build ultimate pit limit model and combining the practice of mine,and puts forward the optimization method of the final boundary of open pit under the condition of multi factors.This paper mainly includes the following four aspects:the construction of the value model under the three-dimensional visualization,the value model of the value model,the research and improvement of the optimization algorithm,the optimization method of the final boundary under the condition of multi factors and the engineering application of the three-dimensional visualization optimization algorithm.First,from the point of view of computer graphics,the technical characteristics and principles of the theory and method of boundary optimization under three-dimensional visualization are summarized,and the value calculation method of value model is summarized from the octree storage of block model.Secondly,after studying the main algorithm of optimizing the optimization of the initial directed graph and reducing the complexity of the network directed graph,the optimization method of improving the maximum flow minimum cut method and the final boundary optimization method to meet the requirements of sustainable development are proposed.Finally,taking the actual geological model of a domestic open-pit mine as the data base,combined with the contents of this study,the final boundary optimization of the open-pit mine is realized.Three dimensional visualization of open-pit boundary optimization has promoted the development of digital mines in China,and improved the efficiency of open-pit mining,which is of great significance.
