Although the security situation has improved in recent years,methane explosion accidents occurred frequently.And methane composition is complicated.It has an important theoretical guiding significance to further control the mine methane disasters by researching the synergistic effect of the multicomponent gas on methane explosion reaction kinetics characteristics.In this thesis,multicomponent gases(such as CO2/H2,N2/H2,C2H6/CO2,C2H6/N2 and N2/H2/C2H6/CO2)were selected as the research object.The change trend of pressure,temperature,H,OH free radical and gas ignition delay time in the process of methane explosion from multicomponent gas were numerical simulation studied by using the software CHEMKIN establishing a constant volume bomb model.Then changes of methane explosion sensitivity coefficient about a key step were analyzed Combining SENKIN subroutines.At the same time,the change trend of laminar burning velocity about multicomponent gas was numerical simulation researched by using CHEMKIN-PRO software building a premixed laminar flame model.Through research and analysis,the conclusions were obtained.The four situations inhibited collectively the methane explosion including the components of H2 less than CO2’,the components of H2 less than N2’,the components of C2H6 less than CO2’ and the components of C2H6 less than N2’.At the same time,while the components of C2H6 were less than CO2’,the mixed gases inhibited collectively the methane explosion more obviously.The temperature and pressure reduced 220K and 0.11 atm respectively.Volume fraction of H free radicals and the volume fraction of OH radicals fell 0.0043 and 0.0061 respectively.Gas ignition delay time delayed 4.7 ms.When phi<1,laminar burning velocity reduced roughly 20 cm/s.When phi>1.35 laminar burning velocity reduced roughly 140 cm/s.Combining with the practical condition of mine,the multivariate mixed gas(N2/H2/C2H6/CO2)had a synergistic inhibition effect on the methane explosion.The temperature and pressure reduced 110K and 0.09atm,respectively.Volume fraction of H free radicals and volume fraction of OH radicals fell 0.0043 and 0.0051,respectively.
