Resarch On The Internal Control Of A Enterprise’s Social Responsibility Based On Risk Oriented

Under the background of the new normal economic development and the construction of ecological civilization,the Safety production of enterprises,quality of product,environmental protection and resource saving and protection of the Employee’s rights and interests also other social responsibility problem became the focus of public attention.Based on the social development and ecological protection requirements and to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the enterprise itself,to perform the social responsibility and control risk of enterprise’s social responsibility has become inevitable choice,Some enterprises began to explore The combination of social responsibility and internal control,and try to build the social responsibility of the internal control system.This paper use case study method,questionnaire survey and survey interview method to explore the internal control construction of enterprise social responsibility based on risk orientation.Firstly the Paper described in detail on corporate social responsibility and internal control related theoretical basis,then the paper expounds the stakeholder theory and the enterprise risk management theory,and then select the classical social responsibility problems of A enterprise as the research object,using the case analysis,questionnaire survey and field interviews and other methods for the social responsibility of the enterprise internal control present situation and the problems in-depth analysis,in order to solve A corporate social responsibility problems of internal control,the paper combed the social responsibility of A corporate social responsibility is in charge of the business process of main risk points,analyze the risk point,On this basis,then constructed risk-oriented internal control mechanism of social responsibility of A enterprise.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures to promote the effective operation of the internal control mechanism of enterprise’s risk-oriented social responsibility.Thesis research is focused on in building based on risk-oriented internal control in the process of A corporate social responsibility,to A enterprise’s safety production,environmental protection and resource conservation,quality of product as well as the protection of the rights and interests of employees and so on social responsibility social responsibility risk in the process,which can identify and control targets according to the corresponding control measures.The innovation of this paper is guided by risks to build internal control mechanism of corporate social responsibility,combining social responsibility management and risk management concept,through the internal risk control mechanism to control social responsibility activities.Hope that this article research work for A corporate social responsibility to improve internal control to provide the reference,and give the related research on corporate social responsibility of the internal control and risk management bring new ideas.
