In view of the disadvantages of low drying efficiency and energy consumption of Ningxia wolfberry,a drying machine is designed to meet the drying of wolfberry.The machine can achieve the goal of fast drying and intelligent control.It can also improve the drying efficiency of Lycium barbarum and realize the mass production of wolfberry on the basis of energy saving.In order to better complete the design of the microwave hot air joint drying device,according to the basic principle of the heat,the drying process and the drying process of the wolfberry are analyzed.The design of the microwave hot air dryer and the physical prototype of the Lycium barbarum are completed according to the drying requirements.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The water ratio and drying rate in the hot wind microwave combined drying of Lycium barbarum were investigated by using a small drying experiment prototype.According to the experimental results,the relationship between water ratio and microwave power,microwave pulse ratio and the water content of Lycium barbarum in the microwave drying process were analyzed and a mathematical model was established.Moreover,through the research of the combined microwave drying technology of Lycium barbarum,we put forward the technical requirements for the design of Lycium chinense combined microwave drying equipment.2.Through the analysis of the established model and the optimization of the combined drying process of Lycium barbarum microwave hot air,the overall structure of the design of the microwave hot air dryer was preliminarily designed.By the modern design method,the design of the important structure of the microwave hot air dryer of wolfberry and the selection of other important parts,such as the fan and the motor,are gradually determined by the division of the Lycium barbarum dryer.According to the requirement of microwave drying and hot air drying of Lycium barbarum,the design of control system is finally completed.3.Complete the manufacture of the prototype and carry out the functional experiment of the combined drying of wolfberry with microwave hot air.Through the test of the physicochemical properties and pathogenic bacteria of Lycium barbarum dried by hot wind and the combined drying of microwave hot wind,the advantages and disadvantages of different drying methods are analyzed and the water content of different moisture content under the combined drying method of microwave hot air is analyzed.The results provide theoretical support for the improvement of Lycium chinense microwave hot air drying equipment and the optimization of microwave hot air combined drying process. |
