At present,China has become the world's largest tea-producing country and tea consumer market,with the largest scale of planting in the world,China has an annual output of more than 2.4 million tons,the level of mechanization of tea production has also been greatly developed as well.As a key process,the effectiveness of tea processing is directly related to the quality of the tea.This paper summarizes the development status of automatic control equipment for tea-fixing at home and abroad,adopted fuzzy PID control method,and designed MATLAB/SIMU-LINK simulation and hardware and software construction and program debugging on the basis of the existing heat-radiation-type tea-fixing machine,a heat radiation type automatic control system of tea fixing machine.The main contents are as follows:1.Analyze the functional requirements of the existing heat-radiation-type tea-greening equipment to complete the greening process,and complete the hardware design of the automatic control system for tea-killing.A multi-channel acquisition circuit composed of PT100 temperature sensor and HT3515 CH humidity sensor.STM32F103C8T6 is used as the main control core,fuzzy PID control PWM are used to output and relay output relatively,and the control method based on the internal temperature parameters of the killing box is mainly based on the humidity and supplemented by the fuzzy PID algorithm,to achieve the design of the automatic control system.The man-machine interface realizes real-time display and setting of various parameters in the fixing process.2.Fuzzy PID control algorithm design and Matlab / Simulink modeling simulation.Use Matlab/Simulink software to build the model and simulate.The results show that the fuzzy PID algorithm not only controls the overshoot,but also shortens the adjustment time.The overall system has high stability characteristics and superior control performance.3.Determine the program algorithm,write C language program,complete the control system software program design.With the idea of modular programming,the functions of each part are implemented in modules,which are called in the main program to realize the entire automatic control system for killing.After the control system is debugged,use the corresponding simulator to download the software code and debug the entire system.4.Design multi-channel data real-time acquisition system for standard parameter determination tests and verification experiments.Using NI USB-6008 data acquisition with temperature and humidity sensors to build a multi-channel data real-time acquisition system,to achieve the initial,middle,final temperature,humidity and other standard parameters of the test acquisition.Finally,a validation test is performed with the designed control system.It has been verified that this control system has a good control effect,and the quality of fresh and frozen leaves is higher.
