This paper mainly deals with waste problem and environmental problems caused by the waste of rubber seed.The composition of rubber seed oil,rubber seed cake and rubber seed shell was analyzed comprehensively.The comprehensive utilization ratio of rubber seed oil industry chain is improved.1.A detoxification method for the cyanide glycoside in rubber seed cake was proposed.The material was heated and washed with n-hexane-ethanol-water,the cyanide removal rate was 95.37%,cyanide content was 44 mg/kg,and the feed standard was reached.At the same time,the oil and pigment can be removed,and the protein in the material is greatly retained.2.An active polypeptide product was developed with rubber seed cake as raw material.The optimum technological conditions for the preparation of polypeptides by hydrolysis of papain protease were as follows:water washing pretreatment was 30 min,and the mixture ratio was 1:20.The hydrolysis time is 2.5 h;The amount of enzyme added was 4%;1k ultrafiltration.The total nitrogen protein content of the final product can reach 75%,and the content of polypeptide is 70%.The product has better scavenging ability for DPPH free radical and hydroxyl radical,which is better than the low polypeptide of soybean.3.A porous carbon material was prepared from rubber seed shell.Determine by 1:2 mixed with potassium hydroxide surfactant,by lactic acid fermentation waste as a supplementary nitrogen source,with 4℃/min heating rate,under the 700 ℃ calcination 60 min,can get good performance of porous carbon materials.On this basis,the add supplementary nitrogen source,a kind of lactic acid fermented laboratory waste,the nitrogen adsorption material is good,pass under SEM is complete,the average pore size of 2.1 nm,give priority to with small mesoporous,BET specific surface area of 1008.89 m2/g,nitrogen content increased 1.08 At%.
