| The use of automated equipment to replace manual production has become an inevitable trend.This article takes LED as an example,through the development of an automatic screw device for LED assembly,to improve LED assembly efficiency and reduce the cost of personnel.Comprehensive literature data and analysis of the existing automatic screw machine,selected the motion program,and carried out the structural design and control system design.The selected exercise program is to send nails,move,lock and pay.The sending nails adopt the air-blowing type nail-transmitting structure,and the electric cylinder is used as the drive of the robot arm.The lock-payment design is the cylinder drive.In the design of the mechanical structure,the standard parts such as the electric cylinder,the air cylinder,the guide rail,the electric screw gun,and the automatic feeding device are selected,and then the profile rack,the working platform,the fixture and other components are designed.The control system selects the SIEMENS PLC as the main control,which is mainly used to realize the three actions of sending nails,moving,and locking,and uses the DGUS screen to design the human-computer interaction interface.Through the corresponding software programming,automatic control of the automatic locking screw device control system is realized.And debug the mechanical structure and control system to meet the requirements of use.Finally,it summarizes the research work and analyzes the shortcomings of the automatic locking screw device designed by this project and the future improvement direction.The automatic locking screw device studied in this topic has the advantages of simple development,low cost,high assembly efficiency,and easy installation.Ideal for use by labor-intensive companies such as LED,electronic products,and small home appliances. |
