Research On The Value Of Technological Innovation Of Coal Enterprises In China

The value of technological innovation is a major problem in the field of technical value theory.On the value of technology innovation,the main technological innovation and technological innovation value value neutral round two theories,technological innovation value neutral theory believes that technological innovation is not right or wrong,does not contain any value judgment,embodied technological innovation as a tool or means,itself is neutral;technological innovation value theory technology innovation is a carrying value,value orientation and value judgment.The theory of technological innovation value includes two aspects:the determinism of technological innovation and the social constructivism of technological innovation.By analyzing the formation process and value structure of technological innovation value of Chinese coal enterprises,we can find that technological innovation activities of Chinese coal enterprises are closely related to the specific social environment in different periods,and have the characteristics of social constructivism.Coal enterprises in our country has experienced a period of saving technology import value based on the industry,with the large-scale socialized production value leading technology digestion period,technology digestion and re innovation value leading period to increase production and safe production,to the construction of ecological civilization is the dominant value of independent research and innovation period.In the different period,China’s coal enterprises technological innovation value orientation is different from the original focus on technological innovation to enhance the economic value of production,technological innovation to economic and cultural values on production safety,technology innovation,and to attach importance to environmental protection to promote ecological civilization.But it is undeniable that our country’s coal enterprise technological innovation value system is not scientific,which has led to many problems such as overcapacity,ecological destruction,safety and so on.Therefore,China’s economic and social development must be combined with the actual needs and the new period,the reconstruction of coal enterprise’s technological innovation value system in our country,the overall technological innovation to clear the scientific,people-oriented,ecological three principles;specifically,to define the value of technological innovation in China’s coal enterprises,that is to promote technological innovation the value of science and technology,technology innovation and technology balanced economic value,highlight the ecological value,attach importance to the political value of technological innovation,in order to ensure the technology innovation at the present stage of China’s coal enterprises have to guide the correct value system.
