The new method for green chemical synthesis of pesticides research is one of the focus in modern pesticide synthesis.With the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental safety,the traditional pesticide synthesis methods and technologies are facing challenge.It is important to develop new synthesis of pesticides method with green,high efficiency,low toxicity and low residue.As an important raw material for the preparation of pesticides,pesticide intermediates are highly valued by chemical workers and pesticide experts.Phenolic compounds are widely found in nature with important biological activities.It has important influence on plant growth and disease resistance,and also shows some anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and anti-cancer activities on the human body.Therefore,phenols are closely related to biological activities and are concerned by chemical and biological researchers.Aryl ketone compounds have been widely used in drug synthesis and conversion of important functional group compounds.The traditional synthesis method of this compound generally has certain limitations,making the manufacturing time-consuming,laborious,and obtaining new product cycle long.Therefore,it is important to study efficient,simple and general synthesis methods.O-Hydroxy aryl ketones are common chemicals and intermediates for pesticide synthesis.They have more active phenolic hydroxyl and carbonyl bifunctional structures and can be converted into many compounds with important functional groups.However,the traditional synthesis method has certain limitations,the preparation is time-consuming,laborious,and poor economical,it is of great significance to study the synthesis method of o-hydroxyaryl ketones with high efficiency,simplicity and universality.In this thesis,synthesize aryl ketone compounds with 4-tert-butylphenol and p-methylbenzonitrile by“one-pot method”under the catalysis of palladium acetate.Antibacterial activity was explored to obtain new compounds with biological activity.The results of this thesis are as follows:1.A new method for the rapid synthesis of o-hydroxy aryl ketones compounds has been developed and an extended synthesis of 20 o-hydroxy acetophenones was performed.Ten of them were new compounds that were not reported in the literature.The structures of the compounds were characterized by 1H-NMR and13C-NMR and high resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS).2.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by screening and optimizing the reaction conditions.3.The substrate expansion under the optimum reaction conditions proves that the reaction has good functional group compatibility.4.The reaction mechanism is proposed and verified.5.The antimicrobial activity of some synthesized compounds was studied,which showed that o-hydroxy aryl ketone compounds have good bacteriostatic activity.In conclusion,a new method for the synthesis of o-hydroxy aryl ketone compounds,and the substrate was extended by this method.The results of bacteriostatic activity test showed that the new compounds of o-hydroxy aryl ketones have biological activity.The research results in this paper have some reference value for the research and development of aryl ketone pesticides and synthesis methodology.
