Research On The Coordinated Development Of Land Use And Ecological Security In Anhui Province

In recent years,Anhui province,as one of the important provinces in Rise of Central China,has accelerated integration into the Yangtze River Delta and actively undertaken the transfer of eastern industries.The economic and social development of Anhui Province has developed rapidly.But at the same time,a series of ecological security issues have appeared with the expansion of the scale of urban construction land.How to ensure the reasonable land demand and the goal of regional ecological security in the development of regional economy and society,which is an urgent problem to be solved in Anhui province.In view of this,this paper,based on the existing research,combined with the actual situation in Anhui province,has established appropriate evaluation index system for the coordinated development of land use and ecological security,adopted the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each index.Combining with the comprehensive index model,the coordination degree model and the coordinated development model,this article calculated and analyzed the coordinated development level of land use and ecological security in Anhui Province from the dimension of time and space.On this basis,some relative suggestions and advice were put forward in this paper.The main research results can be listed as follows:(1)From 2007 to 2016,the land use benefit index,the ecological security benefit index and the comprehensive benefit index of Anhui Province rosed from 0.3304,0.4286 and 0.3795 in 2007 to 0.5710,0.6583 and 0.6147 in 2016.On the whole,both of them showed a rising trend.However,the latter two fluctuated greatly.(2)From 2007 to 2016,the coordination degree of land use and ecological security in Anhui Province has been maintained over 0.9,which belongs to the high quality coordination class.Generally speaking,the level of coordination between the two is high;The coordinated development levels have experienced the evolution process from the primary coordination development class to the reluctant,primary and intermediate coordinated development class.Although there are fluctuations in some periods,on the whole,it is heading towards a higher level.The comprehensive evaluation type have experienced the transition from land use lag-type to ecological security lag-type and land use lag-type.(3)According to the classification standard of coordinated development degree,the each city with districts of Anhui Province in 2016 were divided into three categories: the intermediate coordinated development class,the primary coordinated development class and the reluctantly coordinated development class.Among them,most cities belong to the primary coordination development class,the reluctantly coordinated development class has Fuyang,Lu’an,Anqing,Huangshan and Huainan,the intermediate coordinated development class is only in Chizhou.(4)In order to optimize the coordinated development relationship between land use and ecological security,in view of the overall Anhui Province,the following suggestions were put forward: Change the way of economic growth and promote the land saving and intensive use;Strengthen the prevention and control of pollution,ensure the ecological security.In view of the each city with districts of Anhui Province,based on the major obstacles to the coordinated development of land use and ecological security in each city,the differential development strategies were advocated to implement.
