| The study of methyl nitrite preparation process.Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Group’s 50,000 tons of ethylene glycol plant made of methyl nitrite as a practical case.In this paper,methyl nitrite preparation process conducted an experimental study,simulation studies,industrial production data co-ordinate analysis.Ultimately come to the best process conditions..Under normal atmospheric conditions,the preparation of methyl nitrite from sodium nitrite,methanol and nitric acid was studied.The experiments were carried out in the reactor and the packed tower respectively,and the two preparation methods of the packed bubble column and the anchor-box reactor were compared.The reaction conditions were investigated.Using Aspen software,a mathematical model for the regeneration of methyl nitrite was established in a reaction kettle.The simulation data and the actual operation of the experimental data were compared,methyl nitrite recovery of the simulated value and the actual value of the maximum relative deviation of-3.84%,the results show that the mathematical model is reasonable,Methyl nitrite reaction of industrial production has a guiding significance.Simulation results show that:The synthesis rate of methyl nitrite increased with the increase of temperature;The molar ratio of NaNO2 to HNO3 had a significant effect on the synthesis of methyl nitrite;Changing the amount of inert gas N2 had a significant effect on the reaction;When the reaction time reached 1.2h,Methyl nitrite synthesis rate is maximized,the least side effects..The industrialization of methyl nitrite preparation process optimization research,combined with a large number of industrialization experimental data and pilot simulation results to determine the optimum process conditions:1.The speed was determined to be 50 rpm;2.The pressure was determined to be 0.15 Mpa;3.The volume of inert gas N2 was 8 Nm3/h;4.The pH was determined to be 4.0-6.0;5.The feed temperature was determined to be 60℃.6.The reaction time was determined Is 1.2H,7.The molar ratio of NaN02/HNO3 is determined to be 1:1.Methyl nitrite yield under various working conditions was calculated.In this paper,experimental,simulation,process optimization study of the preparation of methyl nitrite process.Based on a large number of experiments,the data obtained are analyzed and the optimal conditions are obtained.Theresearch in this paper is of guiding significance to the actual production of industry. |
