Adsorption of oil and gas recovery is widely used in petrochemical projects both at home and abroad,and activated carbon as the ratio of the surface of the adsorbent,by large-scale application in adsorption process of oil andgas recovery unit.High efficiency of active carbon adsorption performance,high recovery efficiency,high stability,low price,make its have the obvious advantage in industrial applications.In this study,through the use of enterprise resources,build the experimental model,the adsorption and desorption performance of activated carbon experimental research and analysis..Self-market purchase of activated carbon and gasoline;Bubbling method is used to produce oil vapor.The experiment of this study mainly co Mparative market procurement of active carbon adsorption,stripping performance;By adjusting the temperature,adsorption,stripping to observe the temperature effect on the properties of activated carbon adsorption,stripping.Dynamic adsorption,stripping experiment mainly selected by static adsorption experiments 2 final performance better carried out experimental study.Through dynamic adsorption,adsorption rate of activated carbon bed stripping experiment observation and the stripping rate;By adjusting the oil and gas inlet concentration the heat of adsorption of activated carbon bed was observed and the influence of adsorption performance;The effect of purge gas on the desorption performance of activated carbon was observed by adding nitrogen purge gas;The influence of the height ratio of adsorption tower on the penetration time is analyzed.Through the analysis of experimental results:(1)Activated carbon adsorption performance is good,easy stripping,adsorption many times to take off the attached performance change is small,not easy cracking,more suitable for the current industrial applications of adsorbent in adsorption process of oil and gas recovery unit.(2)Adjust the high ratio of activated carbon bed,can effectively extend through time.In the oil and gas through the pressure drop of activated carbon bed,under the condition of high ratio could be selected in 2:1-4:1 interval.(3)Oil andgas inlet concentration increase will cause of activated carbon bed accelerated penetration and carbon bed temperature is too high,so industrial applications,the should be reasonable control the concentration of oil and gas into the device.(4)The addition of purge gas can effectively increase the amount of stripping,stripping time.This paper lists the case of oil and gas recovery design project involved in the work,illustrates the code basis and design parameters of the design of oil and gas recovery device in the project,and verifies the effect of the oil and gas recovery device by the detection of the recovery effect of the oil and gas recovery unit in the later stage.At the same time,the economic benefit and social benefit of setting oil and gas recovery unit are analyzed and explained.
