With the increasingly serious environmental pollution,the government,enterprises,environmental protection associations and other institutions improve environmental awareness and adopt environmental governance measures.The pollution of air,soil and water quality caused by NO_X emission seems like the most important one among the major pollution items.In actual work,the containment of NO_X emissions needs to be controlled from its source,while the thermo electron plant's oil burning boiler is one source.When operating the oil burning boiler,denitration treatment can greatly reduce the NO_X emissions and so reduce the negative impact on environment.In this thesis,SCR denitration system on the oil burning boiler is taken as the research object.In order to meet the flue gas temperature at the entrance of the SCR denitration device,the economizer is classified and reformed.After reforming,SCR is operating stably.This thesis would provide references to application of SCR denitration reformation on similar boiler.1.The main control measures of NO_X pollution are denitration technology before combustion,denitration technology in combustion and denitration technology after combustion.The pre combustion denitration technology is not easy to be adopted by enterprises as high cost.The in combustion denitration is not a good choice as low in cost and the low denitration rate.The after combustion denitration has been widely adopted because of its low cost and high denitration rate.2.In the application of denitrification technology,in order to improve denitration rate,activity of the SCR denitrification catalyst should be kept on the best status under proper temperature.Additionally,cost should be reduced.Therefore,the economizer structure was adjusted and the space layout of the inlet and outlet connection flue of the SCR reactor was removed.3.The reforming of#3 boiler is analyzed from the aspects of reformation purpose,equipment parts changed,thermal calculation and performance after modification.The feasibility and effectivity of denitration technology in oil burning boiler can be thoroughly understood.4.SCR is the first successful application on the first boiler using FCC slurry as fuel in China,which provides a solid theoretical basis and engineering example for the flue gas treatment of the oil burned boiler.The concentrations of NO_X in the treated flue gas meet the requirements of the emission standard for atmospheric pollutants in thermal power plants(GB13223-2011),and the annual emission of NO_X can be reduced to 2086 tons per year.
