Carbon-nitrogen(C-N)bonds are widely found in natural products, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and polymer materials. How to construct C-N bonds simply and efficiently is of great significance in the field of organic chemistry. In recent years,Cp*Rh(?)catalyzed CH-activated amination reaction has shown very good catalytic activity in this field, and utilizes a highly efficient, precise, and controllable guide-based strategy to selectively guide the synthesis. The product of the CH amination reaction. In view of the high catalytic activity exhibited by Cp*Rh(?)catalytic targeting, our research focuses on Cp*Rh(?)catalytically directed C-H activation amination reactions. The main contents of this research paper include:In the first chapter of this article, the systematic review of the current research and development status of the Cp*Rh(?)catalytically oriented C-H amination reaction is reviewed. In the second chapter of this paper,we carried out Cp*Rh(?)catalysis, dioxadiazolone compounds as nitrogen sources, and successfully implemented the ortho-position through N-nitroso-directing group-assisted guidance.CH selective amination reaction. The method has mild reaction conditions, good functional group compatibility, and the target compound is obtained with moderate to good yield. At the same time,in order to highlight the practicability of this method in synthesis,we have carried out studies on the synthesis of benzimidazole derivatives.Fortunately,we have developed a highly efficient and novel method for synthesizing a series of benzimidazole derivatives under the acidic conditions through a one-pot method. This method indicates a new direction for the synthesis of benzimidazole skeleton compounds. In addition, through a mechanistic study,it was confirmed that the C-H activation step is irreversible, and C-H activation is a decisive step in the reaction process.
