The global climate problem is becoming more and more serious,a series of environmental problems caused by emissions of greenhouse gases has gradually aroused people’s attention,so the development of greenhouse gas emissions has become all mankind responsibility and consensus,low-carbon economy is to become the focus of concern around the world and a necessary choice.One of the most important aspects of a low-carbon economy is the use of low-carbon land.Land is the carrier of all human production and living activities.Land use and land cover changes are directly related to the material circulation and energy flow of the land-based ecosystem.A number of land-use studies have shown that land-use change is an important cause of the increase in carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas content in the atmosphere after energy combustion.The low-carbon economic development model requires land use to maximize land economic benefits while minimizing damage to the ecological environment.The low-carbon use of land must take into account both the control of carbon sources and the exploration of carbon sinks.This article had the low-carbon land use structure to work from,and based on the theory and research background of low-carbon economy and low-carbon land use in China and abroad,constructed a carbon-based land-use structure optimization method system.The results showed that the total carbon emissions in the Guanzhong region and the average construction land carbon emissions are high,and it is predicted that the total carbon emissions in the Guanzhong region will reach 66.67 million tons in2020.There is a high degree of correlation between the changes in land use structure and carbon budgets in the Guanzhong region,the most relevant land use types are construction land and woodland.After optimization,the region of cultivated land and garden land,construction land,forest land and grassland in the Guanzhong region has increased to varying degrees.The water region has remained basically unchanged and the unused land has decreased.The overall land utilization rate in the Guanzhong region has increased.The optimized land use structure has also increased theecological value benefits and economic benefits of land use,indicating that the optimized scheme has a good agreement with the actual situation in the Guanzhong region,and the optimized project is feasible.
