The block polymers self-assemble into various micro-morphologies due to the thermodynamic incompatibility between the components that have great research value in the fields of physics,chemistry,and materials.The design of synthetic polyethylene-based hybrid block polymers with linear and hyperbranched multi-arm structures is of great significance in broadening the scope of application of polyolefin materials and self-assemble basic research.The article is divided into three parts:1.Prepared linear block polymers PE-b-PMMA and linear-hyperbranched multi-arm polymer PE-b-?PMMA?n with different chemical compositions;FTIR,DSC,XRD and TG were used to characterize the structure and properties of the polymer.The polymer films were subjected to solvent vapor annealing.By changing kinetic factors such as the annealing time,the effect of polymer architecture on the self-assembly morphology was investigated by SEM.The results showed that the topological structure and chemical composition of polymer were closely related to the self-assembly morphology,and the response rate of annealing time was different due to the different polymer architecture.2.Prepared linear PMMA-b-PE-b-PMMA,H-type?PMMA?2-b-PE-b-?PMMA?2andpom-pom?PMMA?n-b-PE-b-?PMMA?n?n>2?with the same chemical composition block polymers;the structure and properties of the polymers were characterized by 1H-NMR,FTIR,DSC,XRD and TG;the polymer thin film was subjected to solvent vapor annealing,and the effects of polymer topological structure and the annealing time on self-assembly morphologies were investigated by SEM.The results showed that the more PMMA block arms,the lower the crystallinity of the polymer,the faster the response to the kinetic factors.3.The influence of polymer concentration,solvent vapor annealing temperature and annealing solvent on the self-assembly of diblock polymer was studied by AFM;The effect of evaporation process of residual solvent after solvent vapor annealing on micellar behavior of triblock polymer was studied.The results showed that evaporation of residual solvents changed in the packing of the molecular chains,leading to change in self-assembly morphologies;by changing the annealing procedure,the crystallization behavior of the triblock polymer was investigated and the results showed that the growth rate and morphologies of the crystals were found to depend on the structure and concentration of the polymer.In summary,this article combines ARGET ATRP,ROMBP and other polymerization methods based on polyethylene?PE?and polymethyl methacrylate?PMMA?to prepared diblock and triblock polymers with different architecture.The internal relationship between the architecture and self-assembly and the influence of external conditions on the self-assembly behavior were explored by solvent vapor annealing.
