With the further development and utilization of marine oil and gas resources,The structure of offshore platform is more and more complex,so the requirements for corrosion protection are also increasing.The corrosion protection of offshore platform can be either impressed current method or sacrificial anode method,or two methods can be applied together.However,because of the limitation of technical conditions,the early protection of the fixed jacket platform in our country usually adopts the sacrificial anode method.With the increase of service years,many jacket platforms have approached or even exceeded the original design life of the original cathodic protection.In order to ensure the safety of jacket platform,cathodic protection measures for jacket platforms are urgently needed to be renewed or repaired.The advantages of the impressed current method are fast installation speed,low installation cost,large current and friendly environment.It is suitable for the new jacket platform and is also suitable for the service jacket platform.Therefore,the development and design of impressed current cathodic protection system with strong applicability and high reliability is of great significance for corrosion protection of the jacket platform.In this paper,the function and characteristics of the key equipments of impressed current cathodic protection system are analyzed.With the emphasis on the tensioned anode type impressed current cathodic protection system,the structure of composite cable,auxiliary anode and reference electrode is designed,and the performance of the designed structure is verified through a series of experiments.First,composite cable section form,end fixed structure and top tensioning and fixing device of the tensioned anode type system are designed in this paper,which is combined with the special cable characteristic of the impressed current cathodic protection.the characteristics of the reference electrode of the impressed current cathodic protection system are summarized,and fixed device of reference electrode is completed.Then,the main technical indexes of the auxiliary anode are introduced.The relationship between the economy of the auxiliary anode and the size of the anode is emphatically analyzed.The method is provided for the anode structure with the lowest design cost,and the fixed device of the anode is introduced.Finally,taking the tensioned anode type system as an example,the performance of the composite cable,auxiliary anode and reference electrode is verified through a series of experiments.
