Furnace operators are high-temperature,dusty,harsh environments,dangerous,and labor-intensive jobs in blast furnace production.Wireless remote control technology is used to wirelessly control the blast furnace opening machine and hydraulic guns.Operators can control open machines and hydraulic guns at close range and perform corresponding safety operations,thus improving work efficiency,reducing safety accidents and saving manpower.Wireless remote control technology is of great significance to realization of pre-furnace automation,which avoids safety accidents caused by misconduct,mismatch and other reasons in the course of the operation under original manual operation mode.This article first introduces the application background and relevant conditions of blast furnace opening machine and hydraulic gun control system,and then combining domestic actual conditions and current domestic and foreign advanced blast furnace opening machine and hydraulic gun control status,proposes to develop and design a blast furnace opening machine and hydraulic gun remote control system in order to realize remote control target without changing the existing manual control system.In terms of overall design,firstly the function requirements of remote control system and the effect after implementation are put forward according to the basic structure and production process requirements of the blast furnace opening machine and hydraulic gun.Secondly,according to the relevant requirements,the design ideas and structure diagram of the remote control system are proposed.In the hardware design of the control system,the hydraulic part of the remote control system is first designed,and the schematic diagram of the remote control system reformation is drawn to complete the selection of hydraulic components of new hydraulic valve table.Secondly,the electrical part of the remote control system is designed and the remote control board surface is designed combined with the process control requirements.Siemens S7-300 PLC has been selected to implement functions such as on-site logic operation,control interlock,data processing and output execution instructions.In software designing,this article firstly introduces the STEP7 programming software,and then according to the control process requirements of control system,design and develop the opening machine and hydraulic gun remote control options,rotary arm rotation control module program;design and develop the opening machine tilt cylinder,pushing beam rock drill trolley,bit rotation and impact module program;design and develop hydraulic gun mud module program.And all control programs are debugged.At present,the control system designed in this paper has been put into the actual production of the blast furnace opening machine and the hydraulic gun.The operation results show that the remote control system is stable,reliable,and of high control precision,which improves the production efficiency.It thoroughly solves the safety hazards caused by the command operation of many people,and at the same time improves the automation level of the blast furnace operation.
