According to current research status,although the theoretical design and movement mechanism of the concrete product forming machine have been extensively studied,the working performance of the molding machine under different working conditions has not been further studied.The working performance of the molding machine has a direct impact on the working efficiency,maintenance and maintenance,working life,and production cost of the entire production line.This article takes the concrete sound barrier sound-absorbing board forming machine as the research object to deeply study the working performance of the concrete product forming machine under different working conditions.The main content includes the following aspects:Firstly,the forming process of concrete sound-absorbing panels was analyzed,and the function requirements of the sound-absorbing panel forming on the forming machine were proposed.The overall design of the forming machine was then carried out,and the key components of the forming machine were specifically designed.Among the key components of the molding machine,the molding die is the core component of the molding machine.Therefore,the working performance of the molding machine is studied by using the molding die as a research object.Secondly,it is clear that the molding die works under the external load excitation of molding pressure,exciting force,and template side pressure.For the situation where the load parameters adopted by the concrete forming machines at home and abroad are different,orthogonal test designs are carried out for different load parameters to form different working conditions.The static analysis of the forming dies under different working conditions was performed,and the strength and stiffness of the forming dies under these working conditions were checked.By comparing the results of the analysis,a reasonable operating load parameter was obtained.At the same time,the bottom drawing rod part of the forming mold is subject to significant bending deformation and is subjected to the maximum stress,which is the most easily damaged part of the forming mold.Then,the dynamic performance of concrete sound-absorbing sound-absorbing board forming machine was studied.Through the modal analysis of the forming mold,the natural frequency and mode shape of the forming mold are obtained.Further harmonic analysis of the bottom extractor bar of the forming mold is performed to determine the modal frequency that has the greatest influence on the dynamic performance of the forming mold,and the most violent vibration region of the forming mold is found.The results show that the forming mold works at the first natural frequency of 138.86 Hz,and the vibration is the most intense.The working frequency of the forming mold is about 50 Hz,which will not cause resonance of the forming mold.The corners at both ends of the top of the drawbar are the areas where the vibration is most intense.Finally,in order to determine the impact of vibration parameters on the performance of the molding machine,the key vibration parameters of the molding machine were designed.The dynamic response of the vibration system of the molding machine was simulated to verify the rationality of the parameter design.The simulation data was collected,and the trends of vibration stability time were plotted for the vibration mass M,vibration stiffness K,and linear damping coefficient C,respectively.The results show that the linear damping coefficient C has the greatest effect on the vibration stabilization time.
