| Flocculation flotation has good adaptability to the flotation of fine-grained minerals,but it is greatly affected by the state of the flow field.ANSYS CFX was used as a numerical simulation and optimization method,and compared with the traditional tankflotation machine.A new flocculation flotation device was designed and manufactured.The left side of the device is high 800 mm cube 200 mm long bottom,the right side of the high 300 mm rectangular 400 mm rectangular,200 mm diversion tube connection.When the slurry was fed at a rate of 0.15 m / s,the velocity at the exit of the draft tube was 2.617 m / s.A single liquid phase simulation uses a standard k-ε model.The results show that there are three upper and lower circulation zones in the flow field of agitated diversion zone and the higher turbulent kinetic energy in the rotor zone,which is favorable for the flocculation reaction of mineral particles.Through numerical calculation of G value,the numerical simulation speed range is between 750 r / min and 1000 r / min.The velocity and turbulence kinetic energy point of view,the rotor speed of 1000 r / min,the rotor position from the end of 200 mm more appropriate,do not set the structure of the diversion tube.Solid-liquid simulation shows that the solid particles and liquid water velocity distribution basically the same.According to the velocity and turbulence kinetic energy,particle size 20μm,pulp destiny 9% is better.When the bubble diameter is 0.5mm and the aeration velocity is 0.5m / s,at this time,the gas velocity is stable,the fugacity is good,the dead zone is smaller,The lower vortex intensity indicates that the flow field has less damage to mineralized bubbles.Compared with the traditional float tank flotation machine,the flotation was verified,and the yield was 51.54% with a recovery rate of 63.86%.The recovery rate compared with the traditional hanging tank flotation machine increased by 4.72%.The fractal dimension of flocs in the concentrate was 1.5824. |
