China has abundant iron ore resources,and its steel output is one of the highest in the world.At present,with the rapid economic development,the demand for resources is also growing.The output of iron ore has been increasing year by year,resulting in an increasing number of disasters in iron ore mines.The disaster in the goaf is particularly serious.In this paper,we selected the underground mined-out area of the Dalishugou iron mine in Kuancheng County,a typical local mines area as the research object,studied the method of on-site exploration,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,selected the typical goaf The numerical simulation analysis model is established,the stability of underground goaf in Dalishugou iron mine is simulated and analyzed,and the treatment plan of goaf is determined.The main research contents include:1)Through the use of laser three-dimensional scanning technology to detect the gob of Dalishugou iron mine in the complex goaf,which is inaccessible to human beings,the distribution status and spatial distribution of underground goaf is ascertained,and 3DMine software establishes a three-dimensional solid model based on the distribution of goafs.2)The numerical model of a typical empty area is established by using Plaxis3 D simulation software.The stress and strain distribution and the distribution of the surrounding rock are analyzed,the stability of the goaf is analyzed.3)The treatment scheme of the full tailing cementing gob area was determined,and the stability of the gob area and the influence on the surface structure after filling are analyzed.Reasonable filling process is selected and suitable filling ratio and concentration are determined.4)A residual mine pillar of residual mining technology is proposed,recoverable ore pillar can achieve 80,000 tons.It’s not only to avoid the damage caused from the goaf,but also recover effectively the residual resources and increase the economic efficiency of enterprises.
