| The foamed concretes were prepared with EP,PVA and PU respectively,the effect of polymers on the strength,density,water absorption,and the microstructure of foamed concrete was investigated.The effect of FA,GGBFS,SF and silane coupling agent on the properties and the microstructure of foamed concrete was also investigated.XRD,SEM and FTIR were used to analyze the products and the microstructure of foamed concrete.The results are as follows:Polymers were added separately,the compressive and flexural strength of foamed concrete were improved obviously and the porosity,aperture,water absorption is significantly reduced.The optimum mixture ratio is 4 wt% of EP,0.3 wt% of PVA,5 wt% of PU.When adding 5 wt% PU,comprehensive properties of foamed concrete is better than that of the other two groups: Compared with the reference sample,compressive and flexural strength of 28 d is increased 20.7% and 13.0%,water absorption decrease 17.0%,aperture less than 2.4 mm is more than 90%.Three groups of samples are mixed with FA,GGBFS and SF to improve the properties of foamed concrete.When the dosages of PU is 5 wt% and SF is 5 wt%,comprehensive properties of foamed concrete reaches the best: Compared with the reference sample,compressive and flexural strength of 28 d is increased 9.6% and 9.3%,aperture less than 2.4 mm is more than 90%.Three groups of samples are mixed with coupling agent to improve properties of foamed concrete.The dosages of EP is 4 wt%,coupling agent is 0.2 wt%,comprehensive properties of foamed concrete is better: Compared with the reference sample,compressive and flexural strength of 28 d is increased 6.5% and 9.3%,aperture less than 2.4 mm is more than 90%.When diethylenetriamine was used as solidified agent,the mechanical properties and the pore structure of foamed concrete modified by the epoxy resin were improved.The dosages of solidified agent is 1.5 wt%,the properties is reching the best: Compared with the reference sample,compressive and flexural strength of 28 d is increased 9.2% and 23.5%,aperture less than 2.4 mm is more than 90%. |
