At present,energy consumption has become the focus of attention.To solve this problem is the major prerequisite for the rapid development of other industries.However,the interactivity,computing power and control effect of related control systems need further improvement.Meanwhile,in order to achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption and saving resource in essence,we must use better control method to achieve optimization of control system.The WinCC is used as the tool software to design the human machine interface of the whole control system.A series of functions such as the monitoring of the related working state and the recording of the important data had been implemented.It makes the operation more convenient,and the observation of the related data in the production process is more intuitive.At the same time,the communication between WinCC and MATLAB is realized by OPC,on the premise of this,the calculation of thermal parameters was designed.The corresponding thermal parameters under different parameters can be quickly calculated in this interface.The effectiveness of the design is verified by the comparison with the actual calculation results.The selection of a suitable air coefficient during the whole heating process can reduce energy consumption to a certain extent.Based on this problem,a optimization function is established.The particle swarm optimization is selected to determine the relative optimal air coefficient under the corresponding working conditions.The simulation results show that: the optimal value is within the range of theoretical values,and the particle swarm optimization has a series of advantages,such as fast,accurate in the optimization of the extreme value of the objective function.To a certain extent,the goal of reducing heat loss is achieved.It provides a good reference for the actual industrial production.At last,the gas quantity and the air quantity were controlled by using the expert system to realize the flexible control of the air coefficient.
