The prediction of the layout scheme of the machining center is an important joint in the design of the machining center.Through the analysis of the design requirement of the machining center,the layout parameters prediction of the machining center is solved,and the design constraints are provided for the prediction of the machining center components.Finally,the design scheme of the machining center is formed.At present,the prediction method of the layout center of the machining center still stays in comparison with the traditional experience,which has a certain degree of blindness and limitation.On the other hand,for the relevant parameters needed for the layout of the machining center,its acquisition technology is few.The design process,which relies on experience and blind design,leads to repeated design and long cycle.In designing software tools,there is no dedicated module for layout prediction and design at present.Designers often use general modules to design parts.They are content with details.For the layout prediction of machining centers,the following works are done in this paper.A brief introduction to the development of the machining center is made,including the characteristics of the machining center and the current situation.The research on the layout prediction of the machining center is classified,including the acquisition of the scheme design parameters,the layout design of the machining center and the layout prediction method.The layout parameters of machine tools are analyzed,and the parameters are mapped to the layout prediction method.Design parameters include input and output of nodes,transfer functions inside nodes,and network structure.A prediction model for layout centers of machining centers is established.With the spatial layout of the processing center as the prediction content,the relevant constraints of the parts of the processing center are constrain,the objective function of the minimum area is constructed,and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the calculation.According to the economic index,the area and the characteristics of the mechanism as the objective function,the design parameters of the layout center of the machining center are optimized.The analysis software Ansys Workbench software is used to verify the predicted processing center,and the analytical method is modal analysis and structural static stress analysis.The mechanical characteristics of the machining center are tested by the combination of the two methods,and the design parameters of the key components are optimized.The secondary development of UG(Unigraphics NX)3D software is carried out,and the principle design system of NC machine tool is developed.The functional modules of the system include the layout center of the machining center,the library management module and the rapid modeling module.The topic will carry out the research on the prediction method of the layout plan of the machining center,which is of great significance to respond to the individual needs of customers,shorten the design and manufacturing cycle,improve the design efficiency of the machining center,and improve the comprehensive performance of the machining centers in China.
