The ability of interfacial interaction between inorganic nano-material and polymer is the most important factor for the high-performance polymer inorganic nanocomposite.The epitaxial crystallization is the interfacial interaction in the semi-crystalline polymer nanocomposite.The study of epitaxial crystallization is significant.We employed the industrial production modeling to prepare test specimens.We employed two-dimensional small angle X-ray scattering(2D-SAXS),Twodimensional wide angle X-ray diffraction(2D-WAXD),Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)in order to study on the influence of the epitaxial crystallization in Polyamide 66(PA66)/ reduced grapheme oxide(RGO)nanocomposites.1.The industrial production modeling is employed to prepare PA66/RGO nanocomposite test specimens and PA66/CNT nanocomposite test specimens.2.In the PA66/CNT nanocomposites,the soft-epitaxial crystals and the non-epitaxial crystals exist.The crystals size of soft-epitaxial crystals is greater than the non-epitaxial crystals.the softepitaxial crystals can enhance the orientation degree of PA66 chains in PA66/CNT nanocomposites.the soft-epitaxial crystals can influence the mechanical properties of nanocomposites.3.In the PA66/RGO nanocomposites,the epitaxial crystals and the non-epitaxial crystals exist.The crystals size of epitaxial crystals is greater than the non-epitaxial crystals.the epitaxial crystals can effectively enhance the orientation degree of PA66 chains in PA66/RGO nanocomposites.The fewer epitaxial crystals can improve the mechanical properties of nanocomposites.4.The structural evolution of PA66/RGO nanocomposites is studied in the stretching process.The epitaxial crystallization specimen and non-epitaxial crystallization specimen are discussed to study on the structural evolution of PA66/RGO nanocomposites with the different content of RGO in the stretching process.The exist of epitaxial crystallization can prevent the change of amorphous area and non-epitaxial crystallization in the stretching process.
