With the increasing frequency of social and economic trade,the requirements for the quality of import and export food are more stringent in various countries.As the problem of residues of pesticides and veterinary drugs in food has a serious impact on human health and the environment,establishing a rapid and accurate analysis method has become a focus of attention in recent years.In this dissertation,GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS technology were applied to detect pyrethroids,sulfoxaflor and sex hormones in the samples,which is a quick,effective and scientific method.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Study on based the purification,extraction and determination of 12 pyrethroid pesticides residues in pig,cattle,sheep urine and blood based on GC-MS/MS method.The limit of detection(LOD)was below 0.01 mg/kg in the matrixes.The recoveries of 12 pyrethroid pesticides,within the spiked level,were from 77.7% to 102.5%.Relative standard deviations(RSDs)were between 1.1% and 6.8%.(2)Research on the purification,extraction and determination of sulfoxaflor residue in 14 different kind of food based on LC-MS/MS technology.The LOD was 0.0002 mg/kg.The results of 14 blank samples recoveries and precision showed that the recoveries of sulfoxaflor were 76.3~100.6%,and RSD% was 1.6~7.6%.(3)Study on based the purification,extraction and determination of 5 sex hormones content in pilose antler based on LC-MS/MS method.The LOD was 0.0003 mg/kg in the estrone,17β-estradiol and corticosterone.The LOD was 0.0002 mg/kg in the progesterone and testosterone.The Average recoveries of 5 sex hormones from six replicates were between 74.8% and 99.4%,with RSDs less than 9.4% at the three spiking levels. |
