| In the era of rapid development of science and technology,science and technology can bring new competitive advantages to clothing industry.The combination of computer technology and clothing industry can not only improve the level of science and technology and production efficiency,but also shorten the production development cycle.Because of the low level of industrialization and the low level of integration of garment industry in our country,the digital development of clothing is not advanced enough.At present,the general application of clothing CAD,the digitized technology of garment industry,has brought remarkable benefits to enterprises.It is fast and accurate in board making,coding and material arrangement.It saves a lot of time for garment production and processing,and greatly improves the production efficiency.By the clothing enterprise welcome.Up to now,the clothing CAD board making system is mostly the interactive way of working between people and machines,the board maker needs to have rich experience in making board,according to the routine steps,It is necessary to sum up all kinds of clothing sample materials,experience and steps of making board,input system and summarize automatically,and finally establish database and expert system of self-study function.As well as having the reasoning mechanism of practical problem solving,selecting,judging and organizing the database system,and finally,according to the style characteristic and according to the size requirement,to quickly generate the required clothing sample,Also can make the corresponding modification according to the size change.This will undoubtedly save more time and cost for enterprises.Under this background,this paper,taking women’s coats as the research object,discusses the fast panel making method based on parameter design which can be used in automatic production.First of all,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the design methods of woman’s coat panels and structure,as well as the three kinds of woman’s coat archetypes as Donghua prototype,Japanese New Culture prototype and Liu Ruipu’s basic pattern,which are commonly used in our country at present.Finally,the model design of female coat based onDonghua archetype combined with the structural design features of female coat is determined.Secondly,by collecting a large number of design materials for clothing structure,there are 115 garment patterns of women’s overcoats.Using the clothing CAD software-et version of clothing CAD to draw and calibrate the plate,100 female coat structures were finally obtained as experimental samples.Then,according to the clothing modeling,it was divided into four profiles.The main control variables were collected,and the database of plate shape design for different shapes was established,and the data was analyzed,and descriptive analysis was made.Correlation analysis and regression analysis,the establishment of regression model,curve estimation analysis of regression model and goodness of fit test,a new design method of female coat structure is obtained.Finally,according to the new design method of female coat structure,the sample clothing is verified.First of all,the experimental scheme was determined: according to the value range of the control position,combined with regression equation to determine the value of structural design variables of loose,semi-loose and combined modeling.The CAD plate and CLO3 D software were used to simulate the suture and the results were compared and analyzed.Finally,the white grey cloth was used for the sample clothing experiment,and the clothing effect was observed on the clothing man table.The rationality and feasibility of parameterized plate making method for different shapes of female coats were verified.This structure design method suitable for digital production of women’s coats is a new research idea for the automation and intelligence research of garment production. |
