| 3632 working face ventilation connection roadway in Zhuzhuang Coal Mine after its roadway tunneling,influenced by underground mining adjacent working face,the working face of adjacent driftway tunneling disturbance and adjacent coalface mining influence.Based on the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and comprehensive research methods of industrial test,by the displacement of surrounding rock roadway antithetical couplet network after mining effect and stress variation are studied deeply.According to the characteristics of roadway deformation and design a suitable supporting scheme,and came to the following conclusions:(1)The evolution characteristics of displacement and stress of surrounding rock affected by multiple mining is analyzed under different angles.Under the influence of multiple mining,when the angle between the wind tunnel and the return air lane of the working face is 45 degrees,the displacement of the top and floor and the deformation of the two help are smaller than that of the 30 and 60 degrees.After the contact airway is affected by 30 m mining roadway does not change,by mining influence is very small.(2)Compared several times under the influence of mining roadway surrounding rock with different contact control scheme.After the tunnel excavation,the support is carried out in time.The surrounding rock shape variables under the control of the four support schemes are reduced,and the stress values of the surrounding rock are also increased.It is better to control the deformation of the two groups and the wall rock than the other three schemes under the reinforcement support of the anchor roof anchor cable in the wind tunnel.(3)The industrial test has been carried out in the 3632 working face of Zhu Zhuang coal mine.The deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway is 236~300mm,and the two help is 276~400mm.The deformation control achieves the use requirement and the effect is good. |
