With the deepening of the opening degree of the product oil market in China,the seller market of refined oil has become diversified and competitive.Petroleum plays an important supporting role in our national economy.petroleum has its important strategic significance in many resources.in the face of the economic demand of high speed development,the importance of oil is self-evident.China’s opening to the outside world is deepening,gradually with the international market,product oil market often appear imbalance of supply and demand,this frequent role exchange makes the buyer and the seller market fluctuations.The sales of refined oil is a very concerned part of the oil enterprises,the sales situation determines the stability of the market,so according to the development of market economy,the implementation of flexible and diversified marketing strategy is of great significance to promote the sales of refined oil.CY oil sales company is a large enterprise which integrates the exploitation,smelting and sales of oil and gas fields.it has developed rapidly in recent years.it has a certain quantity and scale effect in product oil marketing.however,compared with its strong competitors PetroChina and Sinopec have a certain gap.research on the marketing strategy of CY oil sales company is beneficial to improve the core competitiveness and ensure market share.The research object of this paper is CY petroleum sales company,the article from the discussion of the research background and significance of the product oil marketing strategy,through the research ideas,research methods,literature review and theoretical part of combing,sorting out the direction of this paper.On this basis,the marketing situation analysis of CY petroleum sales company is analyzed,including: CY petroleum sales company profile,CY petroleum sales company product introduction,CY petroleum sales company marketing status,existing problems.Finally,the marketing strategy improvement mode of CY petroleum sales company is studied,the marketing strategy optimization scheme of petroleum sales company and the improvement of implementation guarantee are put forward.This paper analyzes the protective measures of marketing strategy optimization of CY oil marketing company from the perspective of leadership concept,organizational level,system level and talent guarantee level.the research results show that CY oil sales company can set up a price system that meets the market demand,open up product sales channel and product promotion plan only by combining its advantages and disadvantages.Hope that this research can provide a reference for CY oil sales company in the sales strategy,and can drive the oil marketing strategy theory research.
