Environmental Pollution Control In Energy Development In The Northern Part Of Shaanxi Province

Northern Shaanxi is rich in natural resources,and the development of energy resources has become the main driving force of local social and economic development.With the development of energy,there are various environmental problems in the fragile Northern Shaanxi area.For a long time,the problems of imperfect law,low administrative efficiency and weak awareness of environmental protection in environmental pollution control have made the energy of Northern Shaanxi not effective and can not stop the trend of the deterioration of the whole environment.On the basis of a large number of relevant documents,this paper first investigates the development of energy resources,which is the main economic pillar of Northern Shaanxi,and is the basis for environmental problems.During the development of energy,various environmental pollution problems such as air,waste water,solid waste and other environmental problems were brought to northern Shaanxi,which seriously affected the lives of local residents.As a result of the above environmental pollution problems,the government has taken legal,economic,administrative and other governance methods,and has achieved certain results,but the overall environmental deterioration has not been stopped.Through the study of the measures taken by the government to take environmental governance,this paper analyzes the problems in the formulation and implementation of environmental policies,the lack of funds and support for environmental protection,and the weak awareness of citizens' awareness of environmental protection,and analyzes the reasons for the above problems.On the basis of the advanced experience of foreign environmental protection management and the theory of public governance,we try to combine the three parties with government,enterprises and citizens to form a government dominated and multiple interactive governance subject,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions which conform to the environmental governance in Northern Shaanxi.
