| The slag pouring efficiency of the existing TPC slag pouring shop to NO.1 steel works is low.The liquid slag and iron cannot be completely cleaned,so it is difficult to meet the requirements of production fundamentally.If the technology improvement is successful,it will enhance the ability of slag pouring and slag pouring efficiency.The desulfurization efficiency can be increased too,which can improve the steel varieties and quality of baosteel.It will bring good benefits to baosteel’s production.In this paper,the slag pouring method between the old TPC slag pouring shop of Baosteel is investigated and analyzed.This paper analyzed the main reasons of low efficiency and low quality of slag pouring.Three solutions were proposed to improve the efficiency and quality of slag pouring.It contrasted the three schemes in detail and set the direction of the improvement.The researchs combined the advantages of high efficiency,small area and low pollution.A pouring room up to 360 degree is designed.It can pour up to 30 sets of slag per day.It can not only improve the slag dumping capacity of steel mills,but also take effective measures in environmental protection.In the layout of the general drawing,it maked full use of the existing site conditions,which did not affect the surrounding pipeline facilities and the existing railway transportation system.The retrofit scheme designed the main process,electrical system,civil engineering,general layout,environmental protection,labor protection,occupational health,fire control and the energy-saving particularly.It studied civil engineering,steel structure and equipment the implementation.After the implementation of the research and transformation scheme,the linkage test was successful.All production and technological indicators were completed according to the design indicators after stable operation.The technology improvement was successful. |
