In recent years,the situation of coal mine safety production is still very severe in China.All kinds of sudden accidents threaten the life of miners,especially the dust explosion,which caused the loss of resources and property.Based on the needs of coal mine safety monitoring,the coal mine dust concentration monitoring and control system has been widely used in coal mining enterprises,and plays an important role.This paper takes the monitoring of dust concentration in underground coal mine as the research object.Based on the exposition of the online monitoring principle of dust concentration and the demand analysis of coal dust concentration monitoring,a scheme of online monitoring system for dust concentration is put forward.In addition,the distributed monitoring system architecture with the above subordinate machine as the main body and RS485 as the communication bus is built.Besides,the hardware system of the slave computer is designed,and the implementation of the upper and lower computer software is given,which basically achieves the research goal of the paper.The main tasks completed are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the monitoring principle and monitoring requirement of dust concentration,the overall scheme of the system is given.Moreover,a distributed system architecture based on the upper and lower computers and connected by RS485 Bus is put forward.The lower machine realizes real-time collection of dust concentration,temperature and humidity and node location information in the monitoring area,and real-time alarm for dust concentration and temperature limits.Besides,the upper computer realizes the analysis,processing,storage and visualization of the acquisition parameters of the lower computer,as well as the linkage with the mine ventilation system.(2)The software and hardware system of the lower computer is designed and implemented.The hardware design includes main control module,concentration detection module,temperature and humidity monitoring module,acousto-optic alarm module and 485 communication module.The software of the lower computer uses the Keil C51 integrated development environment,and develops software modules that have the functions of dust concentration,temperature and humidity monitoring,parameter Overlimited acousto-optic alarm and data communication.(3)The design of host computer database and visualization of monitoring parameters is completed.On the basis of analyzing the demand of every function module of PC software,the composition of host computer software module is given.Moreover,the implementation of modules such as database design,user login,device management,data communication,data processing and system main interface is elaborated in detail.Finally,through the joint adjustment of the upper and lower computers,the real-time monitoring and overrun alarm functions of the dust concentration,temperature and humidity in coal mines have been realized,and basically achieved the expected goals.
