| Due to the good comprehensive performance of aluminum profiles,the use of space in the aerospace science and technology and construction industry has gradually expanded.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and technology,the demand for aluminum profiles as one of the pillar materials has increased.The usage of aluminum profiles has been continuously increasing and is in a continuous growth stage.It is one of the pillar industries of many countries and regions.Energy-saving extrusion technology is increasingly valued by the non-ferrous metals processing industry in various countries.Research on high-efficiency and low-energy extrusion technology is an important direction for energy saving and emission reduction of aluminum profiles.Study of the principles by extrusion and production technology found in the present circumstances,since the inner mold closed state,by means of experimental studies is not to metal deformation,variation of the temperature field and the stress-strain conditions;aluminum extrusion Metal deformation in press forming is non-linear,and it is very difficult to use theoretical methods to study.The research project by the relevant companies,the actual extrusion of aluminum production technology as well as energy consumption has been further understanding,also found extrusion process parameters set in the actual production can be adjusted according to the wider scope of survey results,and most Under the circumstances,the selection of process parameters is based on experience.Vary process parameters can affect the quality of the profile,the material and the stress-strain affect status,may result in unnecessary increase in energy consumption selected empirically,not conducive to energy saving and cost reduction.Aimed at the process parameters of aluminum extrusion production process,such as the temperature change characteristics of die bar,setting of extrusion speed,and the impact on the energy consumption of extrusion.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1)Analyze the principle of aluminum profile extrusion technology,and study the process characteristics of aluminum profile extrusion production during the extrusion extrusion process energy conversion distribution,in-depth analysis of the aluminum profile extrusion process and energy consumption.Based on the results of the company’sresearch,and based on the principle of thermodynamics,the energy consumption model in the extrusion process was established.Finally,the analysis concludes that the energy consumption of aluminum extrusion process is related to the process parameters and material properties such as extrusion speed,die preheating temperature,bar preheating temperature,profile size and extrusion ratio.2)According to the above analysis of energy consumption in the extrusion process and the results of the company’s investigation,the three-dimensional geometric model of aluminum profile extrusion process was selected by using guide aluminum profiles,and a finite element analysis model for the extrusion process of aluminum profiles was established based on numerical simulation methods.According to the actual process conditions of aluminum extrusion production,including extruder parameters,the extrusion process is simulated and analyzed.Analyzed the process parameters aluminum extrusion molding and the impact of the energy consumption of the law.3)From the perspective of energy-saving optimization,combining the actual production considerations,a model for the evaluation of profile quality is proposed,and a BP neural network model for extrusion process parameters,energy consumption and product quality in the extrusion process is established.According to the multi-objective optimization theory,an optimization model of multi-objective extrusion process parameters for energy consumption and profile quality of extrusion process was established.The optimal solution was obtained by optimizing with the NSGA-II genetic algorithm.At the same time,according to the research method of this paper,the energy consumption simulation optimization system for aluminum profile extrusion process is designed,which has certain guiding significance for the setting of parameters during profile extrusion production. |
