The fast reliability growth of electronic door lock is an important factor to ensure its reliability level.Reliability enhancement testing is an important means to expose defects and weakness,so as to achieve efficient growth of reliability.At present,there is no reliability enhancement testing method for electronic door lock,so it is necessary to strengthen the research and engineering application.Through the combination of theory and experiment,the thesis studies the reliability enhancement test method for electronic door lock,where the main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Putting forward the FMMEA(Failure Mode,Mechanism and Effects Analysis)of electronic door lock,which is an analytical method of the electronic door lock to find out possible failure modes and failure mechanisms and also lays foundations for the implementation of the reliability enhancement testing for electronic door lock.(2)Analyzing and researching the influences of environmental stresses and operating stresses upon electronic door lock respectively.The main failure mechanisms of electronic door lock are wearing,fatigue,aging,etc.The sensitive environmental stress types are temperature,shock,vibration,humidity,salt fog,etc.The voltage,displacement,frequency and load force are the sensitive load stress types.(3)The reliability test plan is determined according to the structural characteristics,the environmental characteristics and the working conditions of the electronic door lock,where the electronic and mechanical parts are designed independently.The electronic part will see low temperature step stress,high temperature step stress,temperature cycle stress,vibration step stress and comprehensive environmental stress,however,the mechanical part will see frequency acceleration to achieve the enhancement effect.The thesis also systematically summarizes the principle of environmental stress selection and when to terminate the test and how to carry out the test step by step.(4)Through the electronic door lock reliability enhancement test,acquiring work limit of the temperature and vibration,and switching times of the electronic door lock,finding out the weakness of the door lock is the weak induction coil lead.Effective corrective action is to fill the gap between the coil and the circuit board with 704 silicone rubber coated,which improves the reliability of electronic door lock.
