Application And Analysis Of Blended Coal Combustion In CFB Boiler

Circulating fluidized bed boilers have been widely applied,for they are featured by good fuel adaptability,high combustion efficiency,high desulfurization efficiency,low NOx emission and the recycling of boiler slags.Nowadays,the atmospheric environment has been becoming increasingly severe,and PM2.5 has attracted more and more attention.On one hand,the traditional smoke pollution has not been expectedly curbed;on the other hand,more strict measures have been taken to supervise the emission SO₂ and NOx.At present,there have emerged such problems as short supply of coal resources,variety in coal supplies and great difference in coal prices.In the practical stage,the actually purchased coal is always deviating from the coals especially designed for original coal boiler,which easily leads to hidden peril of the accident,increases energy consumption,affects the safety of production and operation of the boiler,and imposes a great impact on the operation,and environmental protection of desulfurization denitration facilities.Therefore it seems increasingly important to how to mix the different coals to ensure the safe and economical operation of the boiler.Taking a case-study of a heating boiler in Guangdong Zhuhai,this paper attempts to provide guidance and reference for the same type of boiler,by analyzing the combustion of circulating fluidized bed boiler,temperature change,combustion test temperature,coking,oxygen control,nitrogen oxides of multi coals.This paper also makes a quantified analysis of the safety,economical benefits and environmental protection and then established the economic evaluation model of coal blending of bituminous coal.This paper also aims to provide reference for purchasing economic coal where the price of coal is constantly changing and the price of different kinds of coal is different.Meanwhile,according to different kinds of coal for the boiler to generate steam cost differences,the paper is expected to establish some comparison of coal combustion cost model that what different coals are needed to produce a ton of steam and provides guidance for the fuel purchase personnel especially during the fluctuating coal prices.
