The rapid development of our country’s industry has also brought about more and more serious air pollution problems.To achieve the"Beautiful China"goal,the coal-fired generating units in domestic first-tier cities will surely implement ultra-clean emission standards.Currently,in Zhejiang,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Shandong and other provinces and cities introduced a series of comprehensive air governance plan.According to a document issued by the Guangdong Development and Reform Commission,requested that the#5 unit of a power plant in Guangzhou implement ultra-clean emission transformation work.NOX,SO2,soot emission concentration is not higher than 50mg/Nm3,35mg/Nm3,15mg/Nm3.The#5 unit of the power plant in Guangzhou(330MW Coal-fired unit)included the addition of a wet dust collector;the addition of a tower internal efficiency device to the original absorption tower;boilers with low-nitrogen combustion and other transformation projects.This article uses this reconstruction project as its research object,analyzed the environmental benefits and economic benefits of ultraclean technologies applied to the actual retrofitting of coal-fired power plants.In this paper,comparative analysis method was used to analyze the aspects of flue gas dust removal,desulfurization,and low-nitrogen combustion in the ultra-cleanliness projects,analyze the technical feasibility,investment costs,and operating cost from different perspectives,and determine the technical feasibility.At the same time,environmental protection efficiency and economic efficiency optimization of the transformation program.This paper used the experimental data analysis method to calculate and analyze the performance assessment experimental data after the ultra-clean emission reform,analyzes the actual environmental benefits of the transformation with the pollutant removal rate,and analyzes the actual economic benefits of the transformation with the investment cost and operating cost.Finally,it will provide technical and economical references for other similar coal-fired units that are undergoing ultra-clean transformation. |
