Compared with the overall stainless steel products,stainless steel composite products are favored by scholars all over the world because of its significant economy.At present,it mainly concentrates on the composite plate and the composite steel bar,the research on composite section steel is still blank.As a kind of section steel,angle steel is widely used in production and life.In this paper,the stainless steel tube coated with iron filings as blank,through the hot-rolled hole method to prepare composite angle steel,on the one hand can be recycled iron filings,on the other hand can be used as an alternative to the overall stainless steel angle,has great economic significance and social benefits.First of all,the pass design of composite angle steel for cylindrical combined blank is carried out.Then using the Shima model of Marc2015 software verifies the rationality of the hole type.The filling of the hole type,the shape size of the rolled piece,the composite of the two metals and the relative density distribution of the iron filings are analyzed,which lays a foundation for the experimental study.Through the experimental study,the shape and size of the cross-sections of each pass,the change of the average density of steel chips and the uniformity of the density of the finished steel swarf were analyzed,which were similar to the simulation results.The metallographic structure and microhardness in the vicinity of the internal and two metal contact surfaces of each pass were analyzed.The results confirmed that under the suitable rolling conditions,the stainless steel tube coated with iron filings as blank,the uneven deformation of steel rolling by the hole-type method can be successfully rolled out to meet the target size of the angle steel,to achieve uniformity of the density of iron filings,between iron filings and between iron and stainless steel can achieve metallurgical integration.
