| New modes of production,such as large-scale,intensive and intelligent production,have been continuously applied to agricultural production.In addition to bringing abundant agricultural products,pollutants from agricultural sources have also gathered in a large number of local limited spaces,and other new modes of production have been continuously applied to agricultural production,such as large-scale,intensive,intelligent,etc.It not only affects the production and life of rural residents,but also restricts the sustainable development of agricultural economy.Gas-state pollution from agricultural sources is an important part of agricultural pollution.China has always attached importance to the long-term continuous monitoring of its emissions,but the monitoring cost is too high and is not easy to be popularized.Therefore,this paper presents a design of a multi-channel gas collector,which can realize the independent collection of gas samples from multiple pollution points,cooperate with the gas analyzer,and realize long-term continuous monitoring of gaseous pollutants from agricultural sources.It can effectively reduce the cost of pollution gas monitoring,expand the monitoring space of gas analyzer,and promote the study of agricultural source gas pollution.In the experiment,the ammonia emission from the excreta of breeding pigs was also verified.This design mainly includes multi-channel air circuit design,pressure,temperature,flow detection circuit design and input display device circuit design,bottom program design and so on.The gas pollutant samples of 6 independent points can be collected continuously for a long time and can be directly transported to the gas analyzer.The equipment is designed with leakage detection loop,which can check the airtight condition of the gas circuit regularly.It also has the function of starting up and self-checking,which can detect the working state of solenoid valve and correct the zero error of sensor.According to the actual demand,it also has the ability to detect the working state of electromagnetic valve.The equipment adopts modularization design,realizes the channel number to be selectable,the expansibility is better,reduces the cost effectively,is advantageous to the popularization and application of the equipment. |
