| As the main transport equipment in the production of coal mine,belt conveyor has a very close relationship between the safety and reliability of its work and the interests of coal mine enterprises Al present the safety problems of the helt conveyor are serious,there are many kind of faults,and lack of effective expert information suppot for intelligent decision makiong of safety hazarda warning.On the spot investigation of the running status of the coal mine belt conveyor,the acctual operation data information and the fault cases are collected and analyzed the fault tree model is set up with the rcliability theory and ecaluation method,and the methods of the warning and handling,of the safety hazards,the safety evaluation and the early warning are soudied.Based on the anaalysis of intellingent igent decision support and network information technology,the funtional model and the whole frame based on WEB are established the running interface and information base system of intelligent decision support are designed.Then,the system is developed by using MySQL database and JAVA language and tested in Nanliang Cosl Mine,which provides teehnical support for the intelligent and informmation management of belt conveyor safety operation.The main contents of this thesis are as follows;(1)This paper studies the real-time early warning and handling artificial early warning and handling safety evaluation and early warning method The actual operation parameters and fault cases of belt conveyor are collected and the main safely hazards types are extracted,the fault tree model is established for the logical relationship between safety hazards,On this bsis,this paper deeply analyzes the threshold of real-time operation parameters of blet conveyor,the symptoms before the occurrence of safety hazards,the causes of safety hazards and the countermeasures,severity of various hidden dangers,the real-time early warning and handling method,manual early warning and handling methods manua inspection of early warning three-level management mechanism are established.The reliability of the system,the types of safety hazards and the occurrence rate of safety hazards in each section are analyzed,and the safety evaluation indexes and early warning methods are analyzed.(2)The overall frame of belt conveyor intelligent decision system based on WEB is established.According to the functional requirements of real-time and artificial warning and handling of safety hazards,safety evaluation and early warning,the functional model of the system is established.On this basis,analyzing the task transfer and data information transfer process of the system in the intelligent decision-making process,the IDSS structure model is established.To meet the actual needs of different users in the well,the whole frame based on WEB is established combined with the characteristics of WEB platform and B/S structure pattern.(3)The design and realization of the intelligent decision system of belt conveyor.This paper analyzes the actual requirements and activity flow of the user in the process of using the system,the system use case diagram and the user activity model are established.On this basis,according to the requirements of each functional module and operation process,the operation interface,information base system and integration of the system are researched and developed,and the actual application development and test operation of Nanliang Coal Mine are carried out. |
