| Wireless communication technology has developed rapidly in recent years,technological innovation that including Wi-Fi wireless communication systems,3 G wireless communication technologies and 4G wireless communication technologies impact all kinds of occupations.With the support of 4G communication technology,the coal mine safety production management system can gradually improve its own informatization,automation and intelligence,and make the safety of coal mine production better,which will greatly grow in the economic benefits of coal mining enterprises.Mining 4G networks is deploying at present,It is great significance that to study a mining intelligent terminal for the development of mining 4G networks.The application of mine internet of things is an open application that facilitates the integration of various services in common platform,which facilitates more professional development of mine services.Based on mine internet of things,this paper proposes a portable communication miner lamp that combines the miner’s lamp and communication module with the ARM chip as the control core.Through the study of the mine wireless network and technologies related to Internet of Things,the overall plan was designed for the portable communication miner’s lamp.The program uses the ARM chip as the system core controller,uses the 4G module EC20 for voice communications,and the user terminal interface controls the miner’s lamp.The system determine the chip selection and hardware circuit design of the system according to the requirements,set up a software platform on the ARM:BootLoader transplant,cutting of the Linux kernel,configuration and transplant of the root file system.The system supports the miner’s lamp and communication module EC20.It is determined that the miner’s lamp uses character driver and the communication module uses USB driver.Using the QT develop system’s user application program,the user can control the miner’s lamp and communication through the application program.Finally it has achieved that the function of portable communication miner’s lamp lighting and communication under mining wireless network,system operates basically stably and the test results of the system mostly achieved the design requirements.The article has completed the design and implementation of a portable communication terminal system based on mining 4G,Through testing system,the test results show that:the user can use the terminal to control the miner’s lamp and communicate under the Mine 4G Wireless Network,send distress signals and so on,The system has certain practicality and feasibility,and it has reference value for the development of mining Internet of Things. |
