The anchor net beam as the roadway support of coal mine has been fully mature.However,in practice,it has been found that the steel belt in the support system generally shows a phenomenon of incoordination with the deformation of the surrounding rock in the process of roadway support,in which the steel belt is convexly deformed and detached from the surrounding rock after supporting the surrounding rock for a period of time.Analysis of the incompatibility of the steel belt shows that the role of the steel belt in the support system is not obvious.The paper analysis from the characteristics on the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway,and studies the mechanism of the supporting steel belt in the support system.The analytical solution to the stress and strain of the roadway surrounding rock in the elastic state is summarized and analyzed.Five different cross-section roadways with the same cross-sectional area are selected.The surrounding rock characteristics are analyzed by numerical simulation methods.The comparative analysis shows that reducing the roof width of the roadway is favorable for rock stability.The paper systematically analyzes the role of the steel belt in the anchor net system,geometrically analyzes the problem of deformation of the belt in the downhole,and further analyzes the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the top slab under forced displacement.The finite element numerical simulation software ANSYS was used to analyze the mechanical properties of the steel belt.The finite element numerical simulation software Midas GTS was also used to simulate and analyze the supporting effect of the bolt composite component.From the analysis of the prestress field of the supporting component we can know that the supporting form of the single pallet bolt can meet the supporting requirements.Although the steel belt played a positive role in the diffusion of the pre-tightening force of the anchor rod,the effect of controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock was not obvious.Relying on the engineering practice of Dongdong Mine 50130 Air Return Roadway,the original support parameters were optimized.The field application results show that the support of the single-pallet anchor and cable truss support is effective,the deformation and damage of the roadway are controlled,the safety of the roadway is ensured,the construction process is simplified,and the support cost is reduced.It reflects the rationality and economy of this form of support and provides reference for roadway support of similar problems.
