In view of the new requirements for the environmental protection of the displacement and quality of the pulverized coal-fired boiler in the thermal power plant,the coal,the load and the flue gas,the flue gas temperature,the soot concentration,and the like in the actual operation of the boiler are taken into account The design and optimization method of 330MW coal-fired unit control system based on flue gas denitrification selective catalytic reduction technology(SCR technology)is put forward,which can provide reference for the transformation and optimization of SCR denitrification system in other domestic power plants.On the basis of reading a lot of literatures related to SCR,the research work has achieved the expected results.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,the process flow of SCR technology in coal-fired power plant is introduced.The characteristics,control principle and design of denitrification control system of denitrification process are analyzed.Combined with the problems in practical operation,the control system Design method.Secondly,the SCR control system is realized,including the software and hardware parts,at the same time,considering the actual operation of the process,the boiler coal,load and flue gas,flue gas temperature,soot concentration,etc.are often changing to Yili The data collected from the thermal power plant are analyzed as the samples,and the main factors influencing the denitrification efficiency and the flue system are analyzed and quantified.Finally,according to the analysis results of the influencing factors,the SCR control system is optimized and the SCR denitrification system optimization model is established.Based on the existing parameters and historical data,the method of adjusting the parameters during the actual operation is summarized.Under the optimization strategy set.And the control optimization system is applied to the actual coal-fired power plant of the thermal power plant,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.The results of this paper can provide guidance for the adjustment of field operation personnel,but also provide reference for the transformation and optimization of SCRThe results of this paper can provide guidance for the adjustment of field operation personnel,but also provide reference for the transformation and optimization of SCR denitrification system in other domestic power plants,which is of great significance for reducing the running cost of SCR technology and saving energy consumption of power plant.
